Dove rest RV Park Terms

Acceptance of Terms: By using the RV PARK facilities at DOVE REST RV PARK, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not park  your RV at our facilities.

Payment Terms: All fees for RV parking must be paid in advance. Acceptable forms of payment include credit/debit cards or Cash at Check-in.

Time Limits: The maximum time limit for parking your RV is clearly indicated in your reservation. Overstaying the time limit may result in additional fees and extra nightly charges billed to your Credit Card..

Security: DOVE REST RV PARK is monitored by security personnel and equipped with surveillance cameras for added security. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your RV while it is parked in our facilities.

Commercial Vehicles: Commercial vehicles are allowed in the parking lot, but there may be restrictions on the size and type of commercial vehicle, and additional fees may apply.

At Time of Check-in: All guests/visitors must check in at the office upon arrival. If you are arriving after hours, please call 850-482-5313, or check in the following day. Check In time is 2pm for RV Sites and Check Out time is 11am.

Sites must be kept clean and orderly: RVs must be kept in good visual condition. It is the guests’ responsibility to keep them clean and maintained on a regular basis. RVs not meeting park standards may be refused and/or asked to leave.

All garbage: Must be bagged and placed in the dumpster located at the front of the park. Please break down any boxes. No cigarette butts thrown on the ground please.

Fires: Are only allowed inside fire pits on property and owned by Dove Rest RV Park and must be attended. No large fires. County and State burn bans will be posted.

We will NOT: We will not tolerate any disorderly "conduct", substance abuse, underage drinking, etc. Anyone asked to leave for breaking rules or other reasons will not be given a refund. Please be respectful to your other neighbors and families!

Children: Must be supervised by an adult. The person renting the RV Site assumes all responsibility of children, visitors, and family members and must ensure they abide by the rules. Any damages to the site, buildings, equipment, etc. will be charged to you.

Damaged Vehicles: If your vehicle is damaged while parked in our facilities, please report the incident to the DOVE REST RV PARK OFFICE immediately. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action.

Pets are allowed: (maximum 2), however all pets MUST be on a leash. No excessive barking or aggressive dogs. Please be sure to pick up after your pet immediately. $25 fine for not picking up pet waste. Pets must be up to date on vaccinations. 

Golf Carts: Are permitted for licensed drivers. 5 MPH Speed Limit. Please use caution and common sense. Owner must provide proof of insurance on the golf cart.  

Quiet time: Is from 10:00pm – 7am. Please be respectful to your other campers.

No alterations to RV Sites: Without prior approval. Please report any damages to the office immediately. $100 min repair fee for damaging water/electric/sewer.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: DOVE REST RV PARK reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our facilities constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these terms.

Water conservation is important: Make sure your water connections do not leak. 

Cancellation Policy: No refunds with less than 48 hours notice. Cancellations outside of the 48 hours is a refund of the total charge MINUS a $10.00 fee. No refunds for no shows. No refunds for early departures.

Limitation of Liability: DOVE REST RV PARK is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our RV PARK facilities. Please secure your valuables when you leave the area. You must carry your own insurance.

Upon departing the site: Everything must be removed and site cleaned of litter/waste Please. 

Dove Rest RV Park: Reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. All policies, rules, & rates subject to change without prior notice.

Guests: Must be in compliance with Florida Statute Chapter 513 for the duration of their tenancy/stay. Anyone violating any campground rule, or failing to fix issues when given written or verbal notice by management will be removed from the premises.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of FLORIDA.
